My wife, Donna, and I have lived in Sun Lakes Phase #1 for 16 years. I’m a retired Construction Manager for the C.U.S.D. #81 and a longtime plumbing contractor, so planning, maintenance, and problem solving have been part of my daily life for decades. I’ve spent my career making sure buildings, systems, and projects run the way they’re supposed to — safely, efficiently, and with an eye on long term reliability.
Outside of work, music has always been a big part of my life. I’m honored to be a member of the Greater Arizona Country Music Hall of Fame, and I’ve met some wonderful people through that community. Whether it’s construction or music, I’ve always believed in working hard, treating people with respect, and keeping things friendly.
Those values are exactly why I love this neighborhood — and why I want to help keep it the warm, welcoming adult community we all chose to live in.
I’m running for the Board because I want to help protect the character of our community and make sure residents have a clear, steady voice in the decisions that affect us. With my background in construction and maintenance, I understand how important good planning and clear communication are to keeping a community running smoothly.
Most of all, I want to help ensure we stay the friendly adult community we’re meant to be — not just another residential section. This is a special place, and I want to help keep it that way.
Let's stay connected
